Beergarden Trivia is committed to ensuring a safe event experience for all guests and will be delivered under a Qld Health approved COVID-Safe Event Plan. We all need to do our part to be and stay COVID Safe. We ask you to acknowledge your role in helping to successfully carry out the safety measures by following COVID Safe practices while attending the festival.
Stay home if you are unwell
Stay home if you are unwell or have a cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath.
Do not attend the event if:
- You have been in close contact with a person who is positive for COVID-19
- You are positive for COVID-19
- You have travelled overseas or to a declared COVID-19 Hotspot in the previous 14 days

Maintain Social Distancing
Your trivia team should be made up of your social or household group (maximum 10 people). Upon arrival, you’ll be assigned to your designated table that you’ll sit at throughout the session. You’ll need to play trivia, eat and drink at your table, only moving around the festival site to purchase food and drink and use the amenities. While not at your designated table, you and your trivia team are required to maintain 1.5m social distance from other attendees and trivia teams as well as staff and crew. You are not required to maintain 1.5m social distance within your group. Maintaining physical distancing requirements is the individual’s responsibility. Wash your hands regularly
Practice good hand hygiene. Wash your hands frequently and use hand sanitiser where provided. More information on prevention of the spread through hand hygiene can be found HERE

If changed restrictions mean that the festival cannot go ahead on the scheduled date, we will either postpone or cancel the festival. In this case, your tickets will either be valid for the new date or refunded in line with our refund and exchange policy which you can view here in our Terms and Conditions here.
